Since Opanga's founding, John has provided leadership in a variety of roles including CTO, COO and VP of Engineering. Building Opanga's engineering organization from the ground up, John led the requirement setting, architecture and design of Opanga's flagship optimization products. John continues to provide key insights and guidance into Opanga's RAIN platform architecture and development. He holds more than 40 issued patents in mobile networking and actively participates in the generation of new IP for Opanga.

Prior to joining Northeast Wireless Networks, LLC and since 1997-98, Scott has been a principal in Cedar Grove Partners, LLC, an investment partnership and in Cedar Grove Investments, LLC a private seed capital fund.
